You didn’t build your business to spend your days reacting to inboxes, juggling admin, or holding everything together in your head.
Most of my clients didn’t set out to “need support” either. Their businesses work; they’ve grown. But over time, the operational weight quietly landed on their shoulders and stayed there.
That’s where I come in.
I provide calm, structured, behind-the-scenes support so your business runs smoothly, consistently, and with momentum, without you having to be the glue holding it all together.
My business career began over 20 years ago, in corporate positions involving big targets, huge expectations, and even more colossal egos. Often these somewhat contrasted with the tiny timeframes or small budgets. Those years taught me how businesses actually function behind the scenes and what happens when structure is missing.
Alongside that corporate life, horses were always my constant.
Before, during, and after my corporate career, I’ve been deeply involved in the equine world — including time as a rider and trainer for a purebred Spanish horse farm. It’s a world built on passion, commitment, and long hours, where structure often lags behind ambition.
I founded MRM Business Services to support business owners who were overwhelmed by the operational side of growth. Over time, it became clear that my mix of business management experience and equine knowledge allowed me to support equine-based businesses in a way very few people can.
Today, I work with a small number of clients, both equine and non-equine, offering long-term, systems-led support rooted in trust, clarity, and continuity.

I don’t offer quick fixes or ad-hoc task support. I work as a long-term partner, managing and refining the operational side of your business so it remains strong as it grows.
